It is not medical advice and is not a claim that any material is safe or effective for any use. Animal, in-vitro and theoretical findings are not evidence of effects in humans.
By purchasing, you confirm that you are a researcher or are acting on behalf of a research organization, that you will handle materials in accordance with applicable laws and institutional safety requirements, and that you will not administer any material to humans or animals.
Terms & Conditions
Age requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, create an account or purchase any product. We may refuse service to anyone who cannot verify their age upon request, and may close accounts created with false information.
Accounts. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
No medical advice. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. We do not provide dosing, administration or personal-use guidance.
Orders and payment. Order requests are confirmed by email. Payment is accepted via PayPal Friends & Family or Venmo Friends & Family only; Goods & Services transactions are not accepted. Orders are not processed until payment is received. We may decline or cancel any order, including where we believe the research-use terms may not be met.
Pricing and availability. Prices and availability may change without notice. Errors in pricing or descriptions may be corrected at any time.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoldElite Peptides is not liable for any misuse of its products or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from their use. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for safe handling, storage and lawful use.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current version.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. When you create an account we store your email address and a secure password record through our authentication provider (Google Firebase). Your date of birth is checked in your browser to confirm you are 21+ and is not stored. When you place an order request or contact us, we receive the details you include in your email (such as name, email, shipping address and order contents).
How we use it. To provide account access, process and ship orders, answer questions and send documentation. We do not sell your personal information.
Stored on your device. Your cart, saved products and a copy of your order requests are kept in your browser's local storage so they appear in your Researcher Portal. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings.
Service providers. We use Google Firebase for sign-in and COA records, and email and payment providers (PayPal, Venmo) to complete orders. Their own privacy policies apply to the data they process.
Your choices. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your account information by emailing goldelitepeptides@gmail.com.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Tracking information and lot numbers are sent by email once your order ships. All shipments are packaged discreetly and protectively.
Delivery times are estimates. GoldElite Peptides is not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, import duties or losses after a package is marked delivered. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure materials may lawfully be received at the destination.
On receipt, store materials according to the label and COA for your lot.
Refund Policy
Because of the nature of research materials, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference, lot number and photographs. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. By using this site you consent to jurisdiction in connection with any dispute arising from these terms. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
